Using Plated

By using Plated, you agree to these Terms of Use. Plated is provided “as is” and “as available” for personal recipe organization and meal planning.

One-time purchase

Plated offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock sync and premium features. This is not a subscription, and there is no recurring subscription charge. The purchase screen describes the included features and price before you buy.

Your content belongs to you

Your recipes, photos, and other content remain yours. Plated does not claim ownership of your content. You allow Plated to store and process it only as needed to provide the app’s features, including backup and sync when you enable them.

You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights needed to use it.

Service and warranties

We work to keep Plated useful and reliable, but do not guarantee that the app or sync service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plated and its developer disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plated and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims relating to Plated is limited to the amount you paid for the app’s in-app purchase. These terms do not exclude or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain in effect.
